The matter was listed for hearing today under the caption for being mentioned on the ground that there is an inadvertent mistake that has crept in Paragraph No.9 of the order. Therefore, Paragraph No.9 of the order dated 27.06.2025 shall be replaced as follows:

In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall place it before the 2nd respondent, who shall take a decision and inform the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the fresh representation from the petitioner. 2.
