ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners without any valid reasons.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the respondent police and in fact, the petitioners are not required for any enquiry by the respondent police.
3. Since the respondent police is not requiring the petitioners for any enquiry, I am of the opinion that no further orders are required in this petition. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
