[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has produced the medical report of the detenue which evidences that he has been referred to higher center for CABG.

2. In view of the Medical ailment, we are of the view that the HCP can be taken up for hearing. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to list the HCP for disposal on 05.01.2024.
