(Judgment was delivered by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) It was represented earlier that the sole appellant is no more. However, no steps had been taken, even though the death of the sole appellant was reported in February, 2022. The counsel, who has filed vakalat for the sole appellant, reports "no instructions". Therefore, no useful purpose will be served in adjourning this matter further.

2.Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (S.S.S.R., J.) (N.M., J.) 10.10.2022 mkn
