Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.PALANINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed in para 7(c) upon the petitioners 2 and 3 in Crl.O.P.No.

18333 of 2020 order dated 08.12.2020 in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Office of Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai-7 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18333 of 2020 order dated 08.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18333 of 2020 order dated 08.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
