(The case has been heard through video conference) Today (02.11.2020), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is the case of the year 2012 and this Court by an order dated 13.07.2012 in Crl.O.P.No.16470 of 2012, on considering the fact that there is possibility of amicable settlement, had referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, Chennai - 600 104 and it has been stated that till the conclusion of mediation process, the petitioner shall not be arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the fact that it is the case of the year 2012 and eight years of time has been lapsed, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
