O R D E R

The petitioner, who is arrayed as first accused in Crime No.11 of 2014, for the offence under Section 498(A), 323 and 506 (ii) IPC, has filed the present petition to quash the charge sheet filed against him in C.C.No.99 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after full fledged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial, the case in C.C.No.99 of 2014, is disposed of on merits and the petitioner herein was acquitted from the criminal case on 02.11.2018, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police confirms the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
