Crl.A.No.963 of 2022 V.SIVAGNANAM, J.

This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.A.No.963 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 to appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, every Monday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the above condition, without fail from 03.10.2022 to till date. He further submitted that, now, the respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report and it was taken on file as S.C.No.221/2022 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri. Hence, if the above said condition is relaxed, it will not affect the case of the prosecution. Therefore, he prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court, as and when required. 12.01.2023 mst
