ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the Court below to furnish the copies of the documents sought for by the petitioner by filing a Copy Application before the Court below.

2. The petitioner is the father of A3. This accused person is said to be undergoing imprisonment. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the Copy Application before the Court below. The Court below has returned the Copy Application on the ground that the petitioner does not have any locus standi to maintain the Copy Application.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to A3 viz., Shanmugam to file a Copy Application seeking for certified copy of the documents through his Counsel and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court below shall consider the same and furnish the certified copies as requested by the accused person.
