This petition has been filed seeking direction to quash the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.2 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate , Kangeyam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that without conducting proper enquiry, the respondent police closed the FIR and also the closure report has not been served to the petitioners.

4. In view of the observation, the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioners. The petitioners are at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
