This Transfer CMP is of the year 1992. Registry is not able to trace the EB and other relevant papers and hence, this matter is listed under the caption 'For want of E.B. cases [without EB cases]'. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Subsequently, the matter was directed to be posted on 23.11.2021. On 23.11.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., 25.11.2021 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
