ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for the act of contempt of Court by his wilful and contumacious disobedience of the orders dated 15.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.5798 of 2022 and secure compliance of the said order.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated Page No.1 of 3

15.03.2022, the respondent has conducted enquiry and passed an order dated 30.03.2023 in Na.Ka.No.332/Aa2/2022 and a copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.
