ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him and issue patta based on her representations dated 26.03.2022, 06.08.2025 and 09.09.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent No.5, notice to the respondent No.5 is dispensed with by this Court.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the third and fourth respondents if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner, after hearing the objections of the respondent No.5 as well as the neighbouring land owners and any other party whom they deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the third and fourth respondents are directed to issue notice to the respondent No.5 as well as the neighbouring land owners and

also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. (c) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third and fourth respondents shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
