ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to comply with the order of this Court, dated 21.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1245 of 2022 directing the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent therein on a specific date and submit documents in support of her contention and thereafter, the 2nd Page No.1 of 4

respondent to conduct enquiry and proceed in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on examination of petitioner and collection of documents, an FIR in Crime No.71 of 2023 has been registered for offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC against one Harikrishnan and steps has been taken to secure the said Harikrishanan for the purpose of investigation. He further submitted that the investigation is commenced and it is proceeding on the right direction and the same would be completed within a short period.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and finding that the order of this Court, dated 21.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1245 of 2022 is complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
