O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2012 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur within a time limit as fixed by this Court. 3.According to the revision petitioner, an Interlocutory application has been closed and the aforesaid suit is posted for chief examination of the plaintiff.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the petitioner/plaintiff being a senior citizen aged about 73 years and the suit is of the year 2012. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court to pass an appropriate orders for speedy disposal of the aforesaid suit. 5.By considering the aforesaid facts and submissions made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Judge, Hosur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
