ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of O.P.No.434 of 2024, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed the said original petition seeking divorce under Section 13(1)(1-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. A perusal of the adjudication sheets filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the main OP was filed in the year 2024 and the pleadings of the parties were completed on 05.08.2024. The matter was posted for enquiry as early as on 10.09.2024. Further, it is seen from the adjudication sheets that the OP has been periodically adjourned from 25.06.2025 in the stage of recording evidence.

3. Taking into consideration that recording of evidence was commenced as early as in June 2025, this court is inclined to direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court to dispose of OP No.434 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs.
