SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed by the appellant to condone the delay of 1843 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in A.S.No.427 of 1999; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in A.S.No.427 of 1999. 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons for the delay stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the proposed respondents/legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent themselves have filed separate petitions in C.M.P.Nos.7180 to 7182 of 2017 to bring them on record as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in A.S.No.427 of 1999. Therefore, this Court finds that there may not be any objection from the

respondents.
