This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 532 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report itself was closed by the Court below, since it was barred under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in C.M.P.No.4425 of 2016.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed.
