The petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Assistant (Special https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ School) in the third respondent School. On the same day, the third 1/2

Cont.P.No.1051 of 2021 respondent forwarded a proposal for regularization of the appointment to the second respondent. Thereafter the second respondent forwarded the same to the first respondent. In this regard, for the purpose of regularization, the petitioner made a representation on 09.08.2019. This Court by its order dated 15.11.2019, issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 09.08.2021. During the pendency of this petition, the approval of the appointment of the petitioner was rejected by the first respondent on 26.08.2021. 2.In view of the above, the order passed by this Court having complied with, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
