JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.Sundresh,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that A.S.Nos.222 and 223 of 2013 have been settled out of Court and insofar as A.S.No.221 of 2013 is concerned, the matter has been resolved through the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

2. We also find from the records that the Principal District Judge, Chairman/Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Erode, has sent a communication dated 13.8.2018 to the Registrar General of this Court stating that the matter has been resolved through the Mediation Centre and also enclosed a Mediation Report dated 19.07.2018. The settlement agreement signed by both the parties dated 19.07.2018 has also been recorded.

In view of the above, these appeals stand closed. Consequently, connected MP Nos. 1 to 3 of 2013 (3 petitions), MP Nos. 4 of 2013 (2 petitions),MP Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are closed. Registry is directed to refund 50% of the Court fee to the appellant.
