This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.196 of 2009, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.
2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents filed a counter and submitted that the investigation in Crime No.196 of 2009 is almost completed and the charge sheet is to be filed shortly.
4.In view of the fact that the 1st respondent has already completed the investigation in Crime No.196 of 2015, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage.
