This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to revise his scale of pay as Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4300/- with fixation benefit with effect from 01.09.2010 and to compute all his terminal benefits based on the revised scale of pay and to pay the arrears with interest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(3) Settlement reached between the respondent Transport Corporation Management and the union leaders on 04.01.2018 and submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the first and second respondents on 18.12.2018 in this regard. 3.Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

4.Without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
