ORDER

These applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 2062 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fifth respondent;

(ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fifth respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
