2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, delay of 64 days in filing the application to set-aside the ex-parte order is condoned. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to take the application to set-aside the exparte order on file, if it is otherwise in order.
