ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 08.01.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, before signing, this Court sought for some clarification with regard to the previous cases pending against the petitioner. Thereby, this case stands posted today under the caption 'for clarification'. Page No.1 of 3

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent has clarified stating that apart from this case, three previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioner.

3. It is clarified that the petitioner has three previous cases. Therefore, the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.201 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 is hereby recalled.

4. On this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
