ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.Raveendran and Mr.Sreedhar both state that the amounts as mentioned in paragraphs 'a' and 'b' of the order dated 06.06.2025 have been received by petitioner. Mr.Raveendran states that the original sale certificate has been filed in Court along with the petition.
2. Registry to handover the certificate of sale to Mr.Raveendran on behalf of petitioner. Mr. Raveendran may hand it over to petitioner.
3. In view of the order dated 06.06.2025, the Sub Registrar's office shall cancel the sale certificate and the order itself should be considered as consent by petitioner for cancellation of sale certificate. Charges, if any for cancellation, shall be paid by the bank.
4. All to act on the authenticated copy of this order by the Court Officer and not to insist on certified copy. CC, in any case, shall be expedited.
