Prayer in W.P.No.10012 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in relating to the notice issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1924/2014/A1 dated 26.03.2015 and quash the same in so far as the payment of Rs.42,700/- towards the service tax and consequently, direct the third respondent to issue the work order to the petitioner for the lease of item No.2 of the Notification dated 29.12.2014 being the successful and higher bidder without insisting the service tax. 10013 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the entire records in relation to the Notice issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1924/2014/A1 dated 26.03.2015 and quash the same in so far as the payment of Rs.1 09 480/- towards the Service Tax and Rs.60 000/- being the salary of one staff @ Rs.5 000/- per month for a period of one year and consequently direct the third respondent to issue the work order to the petitioner for the lease of Item No.6 of the Notification dated 29.12.2014 being the successful and higher bidder without insisting the Service Tax and salary of one staff for a period of one year.
Prayer in W.P.No.10014 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, 2/4
Calling for the entire records in relation to the Notice issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1924/2014/A1 dated 26.03.2015 and quash the same in so far as the payment of Rs.17 780/- towards the Service Tax and consequently direct the third respondent to issue the work order to the petitioner for the lease of Item No.7 of the Notification dated 29.12.2014 being the successful and higher bidder without insisting the Service Tax.
