ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31010 of 2024 by an order dated 12.12.2024 passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Nilgiris and report before the Kudalur Police Station at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 39 days and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam in S.C.No.109 of 2024. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 10.02.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31010 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam in S.C.No.109 of 2024 on 10.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.
