This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.52 of 2018. 2.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Coimbatore, to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.52 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
