ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fifth respondent to implement the order

made in Na.Ka.No.7165/2017/m3 dated 14.11.2019 and issue patta to the petitioner of Maramangalam Panchayat, Periyamathur Village, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District in Survey No.251.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has physically present before this Court. Since the matter was taken up for hearing at the closing stage of the Forenoon Session, the matter was passed over to the afternoon session. When the matter is taken up for hearing during the afternoon session, learned counsel for both sides appeared before this Court.

3. Be that as it may, Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader who appeared for the respondents 1, 2, 5 & 6 made a submission that what is sought to be enforced through this writ petition, is an interdepartmental communication. This Court was also informed that the report has been already made available to DRO as required by the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and the same is disposed of with a direction to the DRO to dispose of the consideration within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
