These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 231 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner in the above civil revision petition, to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the sole petitioner and to bring the legal representatives of the sole petitioner. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents 4 & 5.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
