JUDGMENT

All the parties, except the third respondent namely, K.Rajendran are present today before this Court. Learned Counsels for the appellants as well as the respondents are present before this Court.

2. A compromise Memo dated 31.10.2022 duly signed by all the parties and their counsels is filed. Both the parties accepted the terms of Compromise. Hence the Memo of Compromise is recorded. Registry is directed to refund the Court fees in the manner known to law. 3.The Appeal Suit in A.S. No.225 of 2013 is disposed of as per the terms of Memo of Compromise recorded.
