ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.200 of 2010 pending on his file, in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in Crime No.200 of 2010, investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is also made ready. Therefore, learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks permission to file the same before the learned Magistrate concerned.

3. The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet before the learned Magistrate concerned as early as possible. On filing of charge sheet, the learned Magistrate shall receive the same and proceed further as per law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
