The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records in FIR No.151 of 2011, dated 10.11.2011, on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the investigation in FIR No.151 of 2011, dated 10.11.2011, was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.221 of 2019.
