Today, the learned counsel appearing for the 2 nd respondent tendering Rs.5,00,000/- (Demand draft No.009700 dated 26.09.2023) and seeks further time to pay the balance of Rs.5,00,000/- for complying the condition passed by this Court on 20.09.2023 for allowing him to participate in the application.

2. On his request, three weeks time is granted to pay the balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/-

3. If the 2 nd respondent fails to pay the balance costs on or before 18.10.2023, he will lose the right to participate. Call on 18.10.2023.
