This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that they shall report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 28004 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
