ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to sub divide the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and consequently, to issue separate patta for the subdivided property in the name of

the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition and seeks for subdivision of the property and for issuance of separate patta in his name. The petitioner had given a representation on 15.11.2025 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr. R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025, seeking for subdivision of the property

morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and consequently for issuance of separate patta in his name within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
