JUDGMENT

Earlier when this civil miscellaneous application came up for hearing 19.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner/appellant and therefore, this court directed the matter to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called in court, there is no representation for the petitioner/appellant. Thus, it appears that the petitioner/appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Therefore, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, unnumbered second appeal in SA SR 19876 of 1996 is rejected. No costs.
