J U D G M E N T

This suit has been filed for recovery of a sum of Rs.1,24,21,512/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty Four Lakhs Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred and Twelve Only) together with interest at 24% per annum on the said sum from the date of plaint to till date of realization.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 22.01.2025, parties have appeared before the Mediator and a Report had been received from the Mediation Center dated 20.03.2025 enclosing the settlement that the parties have settled the dispute among themselves and they entered into a Settlement Agreement and the same has been acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

3. In view of the Settlement that had been arrived at between the parties 2/4

the suit is disposed of in the terms of Settlement Agreement. The said Settlement Agreement is also annexed to this judgment.

4. Registry is directed to refund the court fee paid by the plaintiff. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications are closed.
