ORDER

The present Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to appoint an Enquiry Officer to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 16 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025 and dispose the same on merits within a stipulated time, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 and the said representation was forwarded to the second respondent in Current Paper No.316 of 2026 and it will be considered and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2025 and take appropriate action on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
