Respondents PRAYER: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records leading to the detention of the petitioner's son H.Devaraj, @ Deva, son of Haribabu, aged 26 years is presently lodged in Central Prison, Puzhal and has been detained under Act 14/82 as a Goonda vide detention order dated 28.11.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein, made in No. 819/BCDFGISSSV/2019 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to produce the body and person of the said detenu before this Court and therefore set him at liberty from the Central Prison, Puzhal.

2.This petition has been filed by the Father of the detenu viz., H.Devaraj, @ Deva, aged about 26 years, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu in proceedings Memo No.819/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 28.11.2019.
3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu, who is the son of the petitioner. 4.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
