PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent herein to consider the Petitioners representation dated 29.12.2020 sent for taking action against the 2nd Respondent herein and the subordinate officials of the Revenue Department for issuing bogus Legal Heirship Certificate to the 2nd Respondent herein within a stipulated period. Read this order in conjunction with order dated 08.02.2022 that reads as follows:

Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for R1, R3 to R6 seeks a days' time to verify whether the enquiry is indeed complete and whether the private respondent, i.e., R2, has also been heard in the course of enquiry.

2. List on 09.02.2022 within first five matters after admission.

2. Today, learned Special Government Pleader produces a copy of order dated 13.08.2021 disposing representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2020, adverse to her. With this, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and the same is closed.

3. It is unclear whether the aforesaid order has been served upon the petitioner and had it been so served, there would have been no necessity for the present Writ Petition. Liberty is hence granted to the petitioner to challenge order dated 13.08.2021, now supplied by the learned Special Government Pleader to the learned counsel for the petitioner, if she is so inclined. No costs.
