ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition in Para No.11(c) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.301 of 2024 dated 07.03.2024.

CRL MP NO. 1137 of 2025 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from the month of March, 2024. He also submits that final report has been filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.36 of 2025.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 07.03.2024 made in Crl.R.C.No.301 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
