The learned counsel for the first and second respondent would submit that the first plaintiff is no more and therefore the present application which is filed for transposing the first plaintiff as the 3rd defendant becomes infructuous. Hence the application is dismissed as infructuous. Meanwhile, the learned counsel who is appearing for the plaintiffs would submit that their client has taken back the brief.

2. For filing the necessary memo, post the matter on 19.03.2021.
