C.M.P.No.1623 of 2023 C.M.P.No.1623 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.179 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN,J.

This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment passed in M.C.O.P.No.6371of 2016, dated 25.11.2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ (II Special Court of Small Causes, Chennai).

2.Mr.M.B.Gopalan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and submitted that he has no serious objections in allowing the present petition.

2.Though notice was served on the 1st respondent, they have neither entered appearance in person nor through their counsel before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that 2nd respondent has no serious objection in allowing the present petition and being satisfied with https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

gba the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
