CMP.Nos.1111, 1112 and 1113 of 2011 in S.A.No.609 of 1998 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These applications have been filed consequent to the death of the sole appellant/Kaliappa Chettiyar, to condone the delay of 1151 days, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the sole appellant in the place of appellants 2 to 8. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed. 18.06.2019 klt Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list the appeal along with the above petitions on 02.07.2019.
