ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents police to transfer the entire investigation in Crime No.59 of 2015 dated 02.02.2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.59 of 2015 has already been completed and final report also been filed and taken cognizance by the Trial Court.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infrutuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
