ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the petitioners are attending enquiry in respect of C.S.R.No.260 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent.

However, the third respondent is further harassing the petitioners in respect of the complaint received from one Mr.Mohan. He further submits that the said Mohan who is very influenced with the present Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, is pressurising respondents 2 and 3 to take action against the petitioners, that too without any complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that insofar as the complaint from one, Vadivelkumar, the enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.260 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent, and other than this no complaint made by the said Mohan was received by them and no enquiry is pending as against the petitioners.

4. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

5.It is seen that C.S.R.No.260 of 2018 on the complaint lodged by one Mr.Vadivelkumar is pending with the third respondent, and except this no other complaint is pending as received from the said Mohan as against the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, as per the above submissions of the learned Government Advocate, no complaint given by the said Mohan is pending against the petitioners on the file of the second and third respondent Police consequently this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
