Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ Petition filed under article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or Order in the nature of a writ and direction the respondent No.2, the misuse of premises allotted to Aavin Milk Booth with illegal gain of collecting Rental advance of Rs.5,00,000/- and monthly rent of Rs.25,000/- to run the Hotel business should be initiated against 1.D.Dharmaraj. 2.Ali Hussain Makkathi, 3.D.Rosiah and 4.M.Rajendiran and 5.Shyam Ramesh Raj all are two Associations common office bearers to recover the rental amount cheated to the tune of Rs.4,32,000/-.
