O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions made a submission that the petitioner was called upon to appear on 28.02.2024 at 04:00 P.M before the respondent. However, the petitioner did not appeared.

2. However, learned Special Government made a submission that if the petitioner approaches the competent authority, they will take steps to survey the land by following the procedures contemplated.

3. In view of the said submission, the respondent has not committed any wilful contempt and consequently, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
